At McKeever Teamwear, we are committed to providing high-quality performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please note that personalized or custom-crested teamwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, specifying whether you require a size exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked postal service to ensure your gear arrives safely for processing.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
